There truly is something so magical that happens when it is snowing, especially when it happens so infrequently. Yes, it was freezing. Yes, after only 10 minutes my hands were popsicles, but it was so worth it! If only I could shoot every session in just 10 minutes and end up with gorgeous images such as these!

We couldn't have asked for better weather and when we arrived at Meadow Farm Park there was an amazing surprise waiting for us! The sheep were out grazing! It was perfect. I've only been there one other time (for a photoshoot) when they were out and it was also a maternity session. We were all so excited to see them. They really added a special touch.

Read MoreI like couples that take a risk and these two are definitely risk takers! With days of never ending and despite all odds Devon and Cam decided they would take a chance and hope that the rain held out long enough for their session. After about 20 minutes at Maymont the rain came in fast and left just as quickly. We hid under the porch of the mansion and waited it out. Once things cleared up the sun came out and everything was so vivid and beautiful! I cannot wait to meet their baby who is scheduled to make her appearance on June 20th!
