In just a few short weeks I will have the honor of photographing Melody & Drew's wedding and I couldn't be more excited! Their story doesn't start there though. The time and events that occur before the wedding, during the engagement period, are just as important. Having me capture all of these moments will be something they will cherish for a lifetime! I'm so happy to have photographed their engagement, bridal shower and soon wedding day. There is so much love surrounding Melody & Drew and I am so grateful to be there to capture it all!

I would like to introduce you all to baby Chase! Not quite a newborn because he was already 1 month old during his photography session. He arrived into the work on January 3, 2016 at 6:22pm weighing 7lbs 15 oz! Chase is quite the little cuddle bug. He was only happy when snuggled in someones arms. Can you blame him? It was no easy task, but eventually after lots of snuggling, milk and a very snug wrap little Chase finally caved in and fell asleep! As long as he was wrapped up tight he was happy!

Meet Miss Elie Rae everyone! Born on January 27, 2016 at 10:47 pm weighing in at 6lbs 15oz. Little Miss Elie already knows what she wants out of life and that is to be held and swaddled tightly! She's a bit modest and wasn't much into the nudey shots, but once bundled up she was out. It is always such an honor to photograph babies during their first few days of life. They change so quickly! Miss Elie was just as sweet as could be! Welcome to the world little one, I wish you much love and happiness always!

Growing up in North Eastern Ohio off of Lake Erie, then moving to Syracuse NY and then Buffalo NY I've seen enough snow for a lifetime! I loved the snow as a kid and found it so magical. As much as I dislike winter and snow now, I must say photographing a maternity session for my beautiful neighbor in the midst of one of RVA's worst winter storms has helped me see the beauty and magic of the snow once again.
