To combine a 1 year portrait and cake smash session please select “cake smash + 1 year” from the ADD TO APPOINTMENT menu on the scheduling page
Custom Cake Smash
If planning a cake smash feels overwhelming, Sarah Kane Photography offers a custom option where everything is handled for you.
The process begins with a $50 consultation. You may share your ideas or have Sarah design the concept from scratch. You’ll receive three inspiration boards with pricing, and you can choose the option that best fits your vision and budget.
You may move forward with a fully custom cake smash, or use the plan as guidance and bring your own items. If you proceed with the custom option, the consultation fee is applied to your invoice. If not, the fee is non-refundable.
To add a consultation, select “Cake Smash Consultation” from the Add to Appointment menu when scheduling.

For each session Sarah Kane will take more than the 10 images included
A proofing gallery of unedited images will be emailed to clients
Clients will choose the 10 images to be edited. Only edited images will be available for downloading.
Additional images may be purchased.
Most babies have a tolerance of 45-60 minutes. Outfit changes will be limited to 3
Clients are welcome to bring their own props or use props from Sarah Kane’s studio
