What You Should Bring To A Maternity Photoshoot | Maternity Photographer in Richmond Virginia
Are you wondering what to bring to your maternity photo session? With over 9 years of experience in photographing pregnant women I have learned that there are 3 small things you may want to consider bringing along during your photo shoot that will make a big difference!
1. Comfortable Shoes - If you plan to wear heels or shoes that look cute, but aren't very practical I'd bring a comfy pair of shoes to change into when you are not shooting. You may be walking a bit to meet your photographer, walking around the location during photos and then walking back to the car when you're done. Your pregnant feet will thank you!
2. Ultrasound Image - Consider bringing along an ultrasound picture to incorporate into an image or two. They make for really cute pictures! I find that the black and white images work best!
3. Sweat Cloth - You may find you are running a bit hot these days. Unless it's in the middle of winter I would bring a sweat cloth (or 2 depending on how much you sweat) to dab your face in between photos. If it's really hot and you are prone to sweating you may also want to consider bringing a cute hate that you can put on in case of an emergency and your hair just gets too wet!
