Terms and Conditions – Easter Studio Mini Sessions

Payment & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. If a client cancels or is a no-show, no refund will be issued.

Easter Mini schedule, the client must either:

Book a full session and pay the difference, or

Apply the payment as a credit toward a future session, valid for one 6 months from the original session date.

Punctuality Policy

All parties being photographed must arrive on time. Sessions will begin at the scheduled time and conclude after 30 minutes.

Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time and may affect the number of images delivered. Clients may extend their session by an additional 30 minutes for $75, based on availability.

If a client is running late, they must notify Sarah Kane Photography LLC as soon as possible. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show and must reschedule. No refund will be issued for the original payment.

Image Selection & Delivery

Clients will select final images from a proofing gallery of unedited images, curated by Sarah Kane Photography LLC.

Only purchased, fully edited images will be made available for download.
Unedited proofs will not be downloadable or released.

Turnaround Times

Proofing galleries will be delivered approximately 7 business days after the session date.

Final edited images will be delivered approximately 7 business days after the client submits their image selections.

Turnaround times are subject to change based on workload.

Rush delivery options are available:

1 business day turnaround (additional fee)

3 business day turnaround (additional fee)

Rush delivery applies to both proofs and final images.

If a session ends after 4:00 PM, or if final image selections are submitted after 4:00 PM, the business day will begin on the following business day.

Gallery Expiration Policy

Both proofing and final galleries will include an expiration date.

If the client fails to select final images or download their images before the expiration date, a $50 fee will be required to extend the gallery for one (1) additional year.

Final image selections must be made at least two (2) weeks before gallery expiration to allow sufficient editing time.

Once a gallery expires, Sarah Kane Photography LLC cannot guarantee image retrieval. Images are retained for up to three (3) years, but retrieval after expiration is not guaranteed.

Guarantee of Specific Images

Due to the organic nature of photography—especially with young children—specific poses or images cannot be guaranteed. Sarah Kane Photography LLC will always strive to deliver a beautiful gallery within the natural flow of the session.

Client Responsibility for Digital Images

Once digital images are delivered, the client assumes full responsibility for storing and safeguarding their files. Sarah Kane Photography LLC is not responsible for lost, deleted, or damaged images and is not obligated to replace them.

Clients are strongly encouraged to back up files in multiple locations and refresh backups every six (6) months.

Editing & Additional Fees

All final images include professional editing for color, exposure, skin smoothing, minor blemish removal, teeth whitening, minor hair cleanup, and minor object removal, at the discretion of Sarah Kane Photography LLC.

Additional edits may incur extra fees based on the amount of work required.

Edits not included (but not limited to):

Wrinkled clothing

Clothing malfunctions

Dirty clothing, shoes, or faces

Band-aids, stickers, tattoos, or marker drawings

Makeup corrections

Requested head swaps

Copyright & Usage Rights

All images remain the copyrighted property of Sarah Kane Photography LLC. The photographer retains the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use images for editorial, trade, advertising, and promotional purposes, in any medium, with or without alteration.

Privacy Requests

Clients who wish to keep their images private must type “KEEP IMAGES PRIVATE” in the photo release section.

Liability Release

By booking a session and submitting payment, the client agrees to waive, release, and hold harmless Sarah Kane Photography LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims related to injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from the session or related products.
