Libby Hill Park in Church Hill RVA is one of my favorite locations for spring portraits. You want to make sure though that you have good light in spring, because that is what makes this park so wonderful this time of year! If it's an overcast day, in the spring, I would suggest rescheduling. In the summer or fall an overcast day is great for photos at Libby Hill because the beautiful butter fly shrubs are in bloom and everything is grown in!
