Newborn Portraits in Chesterfield Close to Chester Virginia
New family of four of Mom, Dad, big sister and newborn baby girl
Some sessions hold a very special place in my heart, and this one is absolutely one of them.
I first met this sweet family during their maternity session before their first daughter arrived. I had the joy of photographing that little girl’s newborn portraits too, watching this family bloom from two to three. So when mama reached out to tell me they were expecting again, I was beyond thrilled.

Now here we are, welcoming baby girl number two into the world, and it is the greatest honor to be trusted again to document these fleeting, precious days.
This little one arrived with a full head of dark hair, the sweetest rosebud lips, and that brand new baby softness that disappears almost before you can blink. We kept the session warm and timeless, creamy neutrals, soft wraps, and delicate floral headbands that suited her perfectly. The vibrant red wrap with a garden of orange blooms brought a gorgeous pop of color that felt so alive and joyful. And watching big sister in that family portrait, already so proud, honestly made my heart so full.

This is why I do what I do. Not just to make beautiful images, but to walk alongside families through some of life’s most meaningful moments, from maternity, to newborn, and beyond.
