Salem’s mama came to us with the most creative vision: a custom mini boxer theme, complete with a royal blue satin robe and shorts embroidered with his name, tiny personalized boxing gloves, and a letterboard announcing that Salem Zaire had officially “knocked out six months.” The result? Pure gold.
From the moment he arrived at our bright, airy studio, Salem was on his game. He posed like a pro. The overhead shot with him laid out in his full boxer ensemble, robe open, belly out, gloves on either side of him, might be one of our all time favorite baby images.

Six months is a magical age. Babies at this stage are sitting up (or nearly there!), discovering their hands, and making the most expressive faces. They’re interactive enough to have a real personality shine through, but still small enough that you want to bottle every single moment.
A dedicated 6 month session, like Salem’s, is a beautiful way to document this fleeting stage before the rapid changes of the second half of the year begin. Before you know it, they’re crawling, then cruising, then walking, and the baby days are gone. These images are the ones you’ll treasure forever.
