Maternity sessions are some of my favorite sessions to photograph. I love working with moms and couples during this time. There’s so much emotion, connection, and excitement, and I love creating photos that feel natural and thoughtful.

For this session, we kept the styling clean and simple while playing with color and texture. I love putting colors together in a way that feels strong but still soft. The deep purple dress paired beautifully with the neutral background, and the lighter outfit gave us a different look while still keeping everything cohesive.

Some maternity photos are more posed, and others are more relaxed and quiet. I like to include a mix of both. I’ll guide you through posing, but I also leave room for natural moments between you and your partner. Those in-between moments often become favorites.
